If a payment fails/remains pending but the bank account is debited, banking/payment-gateway reconciliation may first need to complete. Unconfirmed debits are generally reversed according to the applicable bank/network timeline.
If the same payable transaction is successfully charged more than once, contact support with order/payment references. After verification, an eligible duplicate payment may be refunded through the permitted payment route.
A verified payment credited to the platform wallet is ordinarily treated as wallet funding for eligible services. Requests concerning unused wallet funds, where legally and contractually permitted, are reviewed after account, payment and fraud checks. Amount already consumed against a service is not unused wallet balance.
Cancellation is possible only where technically/provider-wise possible before processing begins. Once API consumption, document submission, verification or provider charges have begun, related charges may be non-refundable.
Where a verified platform-side failure prevents fulfilment and no non-refundable provider charge has been consumed, the eligible amount may be resolved through wallet adjustment or original payment method according to the transaction.
Provide registered username/mobile, order ID, payment ID/UTR, amount, date and reason. Never provide OTP, UPI PIN, CVV or banking password.
Refund requests are subject to verification of payment status, service status and provider charges. Submission of a request does not itself guarantee approval.
